Thank you for your support. I am honored to be the winner of the May primary but the election is not over. While there is no Democratic candidate on the ballot in the final August 5 county general election, there is an independent candidate on the ballot for Seat 11.
So I will appreciate your support once again in the August 5 election.
In the meantime I will keep working hard every day to spread my message which has not changed...

Knox County voters have an opportunity to make sure we have the government people expect and demand.
I am running for County Commission, Seat 11 At-Large in the August 5 Knox County General Election to continue to bring trust back to county commission and to restore our county government to what it should be.
Key parts of my platform:
• No county jobs for county commissioners
• No nepotism or inside dealing
• I will support a meaningful ethics policy
• I will be a strong supporter of education
• I will be your voice on commission

Remember,
the At-Large commission Seat 11 is county wide and every
voter in Knox County can vote for me and still vote for
their local district commissioners. Since this is a general
election, you can vote Shouse no matter which party primary
you vote in on August 5.
